This is combined conditioning training for all ages. Conditioning will focus on building endurance and strength in legs and core body areas. Bring running shoes and wrestling gear to all sessions! Locations will vary between the training center and outdoor parks (e.g. Willomere Park). Foul weather backup will always be the training center.
