This is training for Highlanders (Beginner/Intermediate) 5-7 year old wrestlers. Training goes for 1 hour to maximize focus of younger wrestlers. If wrestlers show ability to focus well, they may be considered upon request to remain for 8-14 year old practice depending on space available.
