This is training for Virginia Wrestling Academy Advanced Wrestlers. This will be mentally and physically demanding training for advanced wrestlers (4 years and up experience) or those middle school wrestlers desiring preparation for high school wrestling. Parents should consult with coaching staff before attending this training.
